课题组长期从事肿瘤免疫中关键细胞群体(T细胞和肿瘤干细胞)等方面的研究工作,重点研究肿瘤免疫T细胞长期的存活和肿瘤干细胞自我更新的代谢调控机制并致力于新型肿瘤免疫生物治疗技术的开发与临床转化

近五年来在细胞代谢和肿瘤免疫治疗领域以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在 Nature ImmunologyNature Cell BiologyCellular & Molecular ImmunologyCancer ResearchCancer immunology research等杂志发表多篇论文;作为主要发明人申报国内和国际PCT专利10项,授权5项。
